If you read Noureen’s Q&A interview with Details.com then you may have saw that she’ll be in a comedy series on MTV called The Hard Times of RJ Berger! This was news to me as well. I did a little digging and found that they had released a trailer weeks ago and it looks really funny!

No word yet on her charcater name and there aren’t any promotional images out yet but I hope some surface of Noureen.

I meant to add this yesterday when I found it but I was incredibly busy. Details Magazine (Details.com) added Noureen’s interview Hungry Like DeWulf on April 19 (YAY My Birthday!) and I’ll add a bit of the pieces here.

Noureen DeWulf: Hungry Like DeWulf
What do you call a 26-year-old actress who was raised Muslim in Georgia, dates a hockey star, and currently stars opposite J.Lo and a malingering canine? We call her Noureen DeWulf.

Details: You’re currently in The Back-up Plan. What can you tell us about your role?
Noureen DeWulf: I play Daphne, Jennifer Lopez’s employee and friend. We work in a pet store in Brooklyn. I’m kind of a hipster—the whole wardrobe was inspired by American Apparel.

Details: You’re also in the upcoming MTV series The Hard Times of RJ Berger, about a well-endowed high schooler.
Noureen DeWulf: Yeah, I play a high school sophomore who moves with her family from the U.K. She and RJ are neighbors and then they become… he has his first, um… he has a couple firsts with her. [laughs]

Details: Sounds scandalous. Is it nerd love?
Noureen DeWulf: She’s definitely a dorky kid. She has a fascination with video games. Like, “Oh my God, World of Warcraft! What level are you on!?”

Details: Right, but you grew up in a strict Muslim household in Georgia. Was it hard to transition to Hollywood films and sexy photo shoots?
Noureen DeWulf: I don’t know if, ironically, it was because I was raised as a Muslim in the South, but I realized the value in being true to who you really are. I’m used to always being different, in any context. People always want to know how I grew up, so I just say I grew up Muslim. That’s the truth. Two Muslim girls can write me two extremely different letters—and they do. Some are very supportive, and some question what I do. I’ve just got so many things going on inside. I don’t know how to resolve all of them other than being true to who I am. [Source]

According to BoxOfficeMojo The Back-Up Plan, which stars our beautiful Ms. Noureen DeWulf, is taking home the No. 2 spot! So Thank You all for going out and supporting the film, Ms. Noureen & the cast of this romantic comedy. It was beat by How To Train Your Dragon which was No. 2 last week. When it becomes available it will definitely be capped for the site!

Noureen has quite a few spreads in upcoming issues for some of the most popular magazines. First up we have Men’s Health Magzine! She looks STUNNING in this issue so make sure you go out and pick up your copy soon!

I just wanted to post really quick that I had screencaps of Noureen in this film but at the time I could only find the video on YouTube. So I capped that but now I found the DVD and with that I deleted the others so it’s going to be maybe a week or two before those are added. Then I will get Pulse 3 to cap and upload to our gallery.

I’ve updated our sadly neglected gallery (Sorry!) with Ms. Noureen’s 2010 Events. The majority are from her time in Park City, Utah attending the 2010 Sundance Film Festival for her upcoming film, The Taqwacores. We’ll be getting a new temporary look for the site soon Thanks to my lovely friend Samantha… I think I want to wait and see more of Noureen’s Rolling Stone shoot to get a brand new layout made by another friend. So we’ll just have to wait on it!

I promise… I have a ton of images of Noureen on my comp that I am still sorting so that I can get them all up soon and get the gallery back up to date – especially with her Events & Public Appearances.

I also have two movies that I want to get up as well. So we are about to see a update change!

Is Ms. Noureen guest starring on the second season premiere of TNT’s hit drama HawthoRNe? It sure looks that way according to IMDb. The internet site lists her as being apart of the episode No Excuses as Judy.

No specific airdate has been announced and when we get one for the premiere I’ll be sure to update the site accordingly.
